"So so, at best"

A worn out resort under renovation and barely functional. The room itself was dated but acceptably clean. The location is not in Dixon, but several miles out of town, so rather inconvenient and difficult to find.

They allow pets, the room was a little run down but clean, the lady at the desk was really friendly and it is close to where we needed to be. Nothing fancy, but we didn't need or expect it to be - if I needed to, I'd stay there again.

In our room we found 2 cockroaches, the entire establishment smelled like mildew and dirty feet. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone for any reason.
