The website photos promise a Sports Bar, Bakery, Burger facility all of which are shut down. Also offers Masai restaurant at extra charge. We were not allowed to pay extra to use the restaurant (we had half board) so effectively they are advertising a restaurant that is in the next hotel. No connection to our stay. So of the website photos only a couple actually applied. The staff were not friendly. Rooms were small with one small wardrobe , no other drawer space. The wardrobe had screws out of it. The only plus side of this hotel was the sea view.

Excellent staff and service. Hotel run down. Our room was near a very noisy generator. Also sliding door was too small. Building old and in need of redecoration.

It would be better if the pool be heated and menu more diverse.

It’s a good hotel overall and in a nice location next to a great beach. Property is nice bit a little worn out. What’s bad is the noise coming from corridors, the street and other balconies. You can hear every conversation outside of the room, people singing karaoke etc. Breakfast is ok for everyone, but not excellent in my opinion. Overall pleasant stay and recommended for casual travellers

Rooms/ accomodation very clean, staff always polite. Food was nice, lots of variety. We enjoyed our stay here and love Majorca with its very relaxed atmosphere.

Very crowded area, with no hotel parking. I had to park 2 blocks away. Weekdays, street parking is 1euro per hour. Great staff, older facility, some updates.

Excellent hotel next to the beach , staff were extremely friendly and helpful would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel

Overall everything was satisfactory. I would suggest the receptionists to provide more information about the Hotel, charges etc when you check-in rather than giving you an envelope only.

Defiantly not a 4* hotel just an average old refurbished 3* hotel. There is only ever 1 person on Reception meaning long waits to check in resulting in stressed staff with poor attitudes. The exception to the rule being the guy on the pool bar he was really nice, pleasant and helpful. They don't seem to have different standards of rooms they range from small single box rooms on the first floor to ones higher up the hotel with slightly better views but with the same bog standard appearance definitely not worth upgrading your room as the charges don't relate to what you actually get. Our overall experience of this hotel would mean we will never recommend or return to it.
