We were very happy with the hospitality, so warm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious. The next time we stay there we will request her homemade creme Brule french toast. It sounds divine. Very clean rooms and much to look around at. We slept really well. Bedding was super comfortable. Nancy was a sheer pleasure with a wealth of local knowledge. Ask her about her bees,very interesting. We had a wonderful time during our 4-night stay in the Nanny's Attic room at The Queen. We felt very much at home thanks to the attentions of Nancy and her staff. Our room was beautifully furnished and was cozy and comfortable. The food (breakfast) was locally sourced and amazing. Nancy, our host, shared a wealth of knowledge of local history giving us many choices of restaurants and attractions to visit. The location was within easy walking distance of stores and restaurants in downtown Bellefonte; close to multiple state parks and natural areas; and less than 20 minutes from Boalsburg and State College. Staying at the Queen gave us a great appreciation of the neighborhood and surrounding community of Bellefonte and Centre county.
