The Queen, A Victorian Bed & Breakfast

Very convenient to Penn State, quiet, Comfortable and great hosts.

Had a fabulous stay with my dog Ivy. The Governors Suite had a cozy fireplace in a turret, a daybed for reading and a king bed with lovely linens, I stayed an extra day just for coziness. (Only drawback was that its on the third floor and my dog doesnt do steps) Nancy, the owner, was a gracious host and pet lover,. She actually carried my dog up the steps for me. The Inn provides dog beds, toys, bowls and treats. The neighborhood and town is charming with lots of amazing Victorian mansions. Highly recommend. Just off Interstate I80 and nine miles from Penn state.

Nancy was so friendly, welcoming, and generous during our stay. She really made us feel at home and took care of us after our long travels (my partner was sick). Very friendly to pets, too! The property is lovely and extremely charming. Would love to make another visit sometime when we are feeling better.

Both were very good. Staff was very gracious and helpful.

Nancy is a fabulous host. She is very knowledgeable about the area. She treated me like I was family. The small room with the fireplace was so cozy and made for a great reading area.

Loved the cozy fireplace in our suite & Nancy’s helpful suggestions on what to do & where to dine. So many things to look at in her collection. It was very clean as well.

This was the best b and b we’ve ever stayed in - the owner Nancy is a delight, the room (Governior’s Suite) is comfy and spacious, the breakfasts were fantastic. Excellent place!
