Lovely colonial building, converted into a lovely hotel. Helpful staff, who prepped a breakfast bag when we had an early start and looked after our bags after check-out. Decent location, close to the historical centre of Cusco!

My stay in the beautiful Terra Andina Colonial Mansion in Cusco which was a very good experience. The staff was always very helpful with my many questions. We stayed with them before and after our hike on the Inca Trail. They even stored our bag while we hiked. We enjoyed being able to sit in the quiet restaurant for a meal or snack after a busy day.

"Extremely Noisy at Night"

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It was impossible to get much sleep due to poor soundproofing. You hear people talking in the lounge area, in the dining room, walking up and down the stairs (no lifts) and the bathroom pipes are noisy too. I did change rooms, but the noise issues remained. Most of the rooms have no windows to the outside and no windows that open. If you want to be exhausted on your holiday, stay at this hotel. There are definitely much quieter hotels in Cusco. The staff were friendly apart from the woman at the front desk who was highly disrespectful and scornful. The food was very good.
