Hilton Garden Inn Lexington Georgetown

Too close to the highway noisy but easily able to get to a restaurant by walking.

Check in time was 3pm as stated by the hotel

This hotel cut corners on supplies: a shower soap bottle was empty, toilet paper was near the end of a roll, only 1 single sheet is a tissue paper was stuffed in a box as a flower. “Dipping” pool is too small for 2 people to get warmed up: they keep water temperature ice-cold. A few sitting benches in a blindly bright white lobby/cafeteria, are too shallow with a back support erected 90-degree and tables are too shallow: very uncomfortable having your knees sticking out & half of your plate hanging off the table. The rest of the sitting is counter height. This hotel is an illusion of comfort.

Terrific hotel, staff always there to help

The property and staff were very nice but we were not told there was a charge for breakfast until my husband got a plate and started to get food. When we checked in we were told “Breakfast is served from 6-10am”, with no mention of an extra cost. It should be made more clear that it is not included.
