"If a clerk is at the front desk the stay is fine."

We arrived and no one was at the front desk. We waited and when no one was around we had to go searching to find someone to check us in. After that the stay was good. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. My recommendation is if the front desk clerk has other duties at least have some way to notify them they have guests to attend to. It wasn’t very appealing to have to look for a desk clerk.

Nightstand was dirty, sticky all over it. The lady checking me in couldn't see the info from my booking app. I had paid for the room prior, and she tried to recharge me 3 times.
