Hilton Garden Inn Lexington Georgetown

Oversold hotel bumped us to a different hotel away from our group without even asking or giving any kind of special accomodations or discount

The hotel was under construction. We would not eat there due to the location of the work. We should have been told ahead of time.

Had my truck hit in the parking lot and no cameras to see who did it. Also wasn’t able to stay due to family emergency so tried to call and see what could be done about another night stay on top of my truck being hit and was told nothing can be done

Great hotel, Sherry put us in a newly renovated room. It was on the quiet side of the building. We have stayed here before and will stay here again on future trips.

Construction No water at times Too expensive to have all these issues without being told prior to booking.

Little out of the way unless gps Or really looking for

They should close while doing such a large renovation. Bathroom in room was dirty around seat. Refrigerator in room very loud making sleeping nearly impossible.

Is a good place to stay

Property is being renovated. Front lobby was rearranged. Beams were being sanded. Room was recently renovated. Very nice.

Location

The customer service is very nice. However when booking my reservations I did at this location because it is advertised a bar in the hotel. At this time the hotel is under renovation and the bar is closed. Also because of the renovations we had to stay in an old room by the elevator and ice machine. We are excited about returning when the bar and lobby are actually open and in an updated room. It would be nice to be credited for our inconveniences that we were not aware of. We would be happy to use that credit at this location in 6 months or so?
