Hilton Garden Inn Lexington Georgetown

This hotel was rather disappointing, we knew they were doing construction upon arrival, but the dust was absolutely terrible, when he stepped on the elevator, it was everywhere, and all it needed was just to be wiped and cleaned up, do better.

Bed was clean. Hot tub and pool was nice.

Hotel did not make us aware of renovations and placed us in a room directly under construction. It woke us up at 8Am on a Saturday. Stains on the carpet. Stains on the chair in our room. Staff was on the phone when we arrived. Keys did not work. Had to go back down and get new keys.

Location was ideal for us. We were competing at the Kentucky Horse Park. Breakfast every morning was great. Liked having the restaurant and bar available. And the pantry store was handy, too.

Room was great. They helped us find a better room than the handicap room I booked. Quiet and comfortable...good area for food other shopping. Close to Lexington.

There was no breakfast included. Not even coffee available in the lobby after 10am or any other time. We do not usually have to pay extra for breakfast when the basic room rate is this high. You have to pay an extra 25.00 for two for breakfast. Stayed two nights. Would stay again because it was quiet and comfortable and good location.

friendly accommodating staff but limited food hours, breakfast was $10 for dry scrambled eggs, no room service (was advertised as offering room service), room was not cleaned, had to request clean linens and towels for the stay. pool clean, spa nice.
