Uno Hotel Thames

This property is in need of refurbishing but is comfortable otherwise. The staff, particularly Shweta, are very helpful. Parking is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to Maidenhead shops.

Decent hotel, good for one night.

We stayed 2 nights in a pleasant, clean room. The staff were very helpful. The area opposite the river thames was beautiful with nice walks

We used this for a 2 night stay, the hotel is a little faded but has started a refurbishment programme. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the bar meals we had were good. The location is good and we could walk along the Thames from the hotel. The hotel was clean and good value.

The hotel needs renovating as the rooms are dated with wallpaper peeling off, holes etc..the level of cleanliness is poor. No lifts and no help to carry cases to rooms. Staff are friendly and location is lovely. If the hotel was modernised it would be a lovely place to stay for sure

I liked the location and the river. The staff I met were very polite friendly and helpful. I just think some things are tired looking and need updating, but in saying that I would definitely stay again 😁
