"This was a great resort for a conference"

Size of the rooms was very small. Pool slide for kids could be much better. Also the pool side food options.

"Peaceful retreat in Sanur"

What stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They always greeted us, and find our way around the huge grounds. Property was beautiful and lush, and always felt peaceful despite the large size and many guests. As a Globalist member we also made full use of the lounge for breakfast and evening cocktails, service was excellent there and we enjoyed the changing spread every day. An additional plus was the upgrade to a premium suite with a huge living area, balcony and bathroom. We will be back!
