Perfect location, stunning gardens, amazing food, rooms were very comfortable. The pools and beach side were so beautiful and very relaxing. Loved the bike rental and luggage storage when we checked out. Very accommodating staff

We couldn’t really fault it but if I had to pick something then the only negative was just how far we had to walk to our room from the lobby but it wasn’t a problem as we took a beach shortcut mostly.

De werknemers waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook handig dat ze een arts hadden want die hadden wij ook uiteindelijk nodig. Alles ging heel soepel en gemakkelijk. Heel het hotel was schoon de kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt.

Bij het zwembad was er al heel vroeg geen plek meer om te zitten dus je was genoodzaakt om bij het strand te zitten.

The Hyatt is a lovely resort. The rooms are showing some age, we had issues with our tv, aircon & door handle. Staff tried their best to rectify but unable to fix completely, they did offer late check out due to issues during stay. The staff are very friendly, we had club room access, not sure it is worth the extra money. The breakfast in the club room has less options than the main dining area, the afternoon tea had minimal food options, however the 2 hour free flowing cocktails & canapé’s were amazing. The pool area is well maintained & lovely beach to swim in with ample sun beds. It is about a 20 min walk to the icon area. Minimal dining & shopping options outside resort. The gym facilities are excellent.
