Beautiful gardens , staff that always greet you . Amazing beachfront location that is cleaned daily Food was amazing

A lot of families with small children so got noisy and busy in the main pool . Adults only pool was nice but a little too cold

The hotel is located directly on the beach and on the other side in the city of Sanur. We received a warm welcome from the front desk team of Mr. Sunarta. The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast (Mrs. Suardani/ Tia/ Dewi/ Lona/ Yoga and Mr. Widi F&B mgr.) and in the restaurant Pizzaria (Mrs. Nopi). The SPA is wonderful.

Het ontvangst bij de receptie was uitzonderlijk professioneel en heel prettig. De aangeboden suite was zeer ruim, netjes en we kregen een duidelijke uitleg hoe alles werkte. Het personeel was zeer professioneel, attent en vrolijk. Bij het ontbijt werden wij naar onze tafel gebracht waarbij er direct gevraagd werd of wij koffie en of een vruchtensap wilde. Het gepresenteerde ontbijt was uitstekend met veel keuze mogelijkheden en verse bereiding van gerechten.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Bali for 8 nights and absolutely loved our stay!! We travelled as a family of 4 - 2 x adults and 2 x kids, aged 2 and 5. Before we travelled there was some information that was confusing or hard to find, so here is all the info for those travelling with similar aged kids! Room Book the Regency Suite, I know it’s a lot of $ but you won’t regret it. Having the extra space was amazing, the kids had their own little room that joined the master via sliding doors. Each room was individually temperature controlled and there was also a dining room. I find with little kids that we have more dinners in the room so having the space made it feel special. Food and Beverage When you book the Regency Suite, access to the Regency Club is included. This includes breakfast, non alcoholic drinks and snacks from 12-4 and then a light dinner with alcohol from 5-7. The Regency Club itself is beautiful, but it’s surrounded by water with amazing fish. Tranquil yes, scary for parents with curious children, also yes. Try to get a table in the middle next to the garden and just be prepared for the first day that you’ll need to save your kids from falling a few times. But after that they get used to it and are happy to stand back. All food at the hotel was fresh, delicious, varied and well considered by the hotel team. We never went hungry and I found in room dining to be very reasonably priced. Kids Club There’s a kids club available on site, kids from 4 and up are able to be there on their own, younger than 4 need a guardian but it can be a nanny. 1 hour is included per day and then charged for the additional hours. Next to kids club is a very fun pirate playground which is available at no charge. If you have buffet breakfast in the main restaurant, they also have Kids Corner which ended up being the reason why we ate breakfast there every day instead of Regency Club. A staff or two from Kids Club had a spot setup at breakfast with drawing and games so that the kids could play while the parents finished their breakfast. It was included and not something I had seen before, it was genius!! Never have I been able to finish my breakfast on holidays until we came to the Hyatt Regency!! Overall, both kids loved all the Kids Club activities, feeding the fish was their favourite. The staff remembered their names, they felt like rockstars. Thank you to the kids club team for all the fun and joy they brought! Doctors/Medical Hopefully you won’t need it but they do have a doctor available 24/7. Our 2 year old became sick and I called for the doctor at 5am. 15 minutes later she was in our room assessing him. She was thorough, professional and seemed experienced with young children and all the tropical things they can pick up. She also came with a suitcase of medicines so she was able to prescribe and provide the medications straight away. This was an absolute life saver. Housekeeping I couldn’t speak more highly of the housekeeping team, they were so thorough and read my mind!! We were in the room in the morning and there were a few days that I forgot to tell them once we were out. They came back every time and we felt so lucky to have someone else thinking for us and cleaning the room while we weren’t there. I also needed my son’s sleeping bags washed between his nap and bed time, the team were so accommodating. We got back from dinner and they were beautifully folded in the room, ready an hour earlier than expected. We have plenty more feedback, but in a nutshell, this hotel is expensive, but it’s worth every dollar. It’s an oasis filled with thoughtful teams, stunning gardens and opulence that doesn’t scream in your face. Gradually you unwind, your children relax and have so much fun, and you get to actually enjoy yourself too. Book it, you won’t regret it.
