5 star hotel, 5 star service! Staff are very friendly & polite. Beautiful rooms and grounds in peaceful surroundings. Cannot fault it one bit. Very happy guest!

Excellent service

Cromlix is an elegant country house with lovely decor. The staff are very helpful and a clearly well trained, just what you would expect in a 5* establishment. Little things that let it down spoil what is quite an expensive place to stay. There are no drinks facilities in you room meaning you have to go down and pay for them.

Staff very friendly and attention to detail great

We had an amazing time! Took my girlfriend for her birthday and they upgraded us for free to a junior suite! The suite was awesome and the shower was a steam room. Doesn't get much better than that. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the cocktails on the lawn area were perfect. Every staff member was lovely and we truly felt welcome and at home. The onsite kitchen garden is great to visit too. I highly recommend walking around on the grounds. They are beautiful.

Excellent service and food of highest quality

We treat ourselves to a sleepover at Cromlix a couple of times a year. It is exceptional. We are wonderfully looked after and feel particularly COVID-safe. Could not rate highly enough.

Better than I expected 10/10. Fabulous room. Fantastic and attentive service. Staff took time to talk to you. Dinner and breakfast was fabulous. Flavourful and well presented. Lots of nooks and crannies to explore and a full size snooker table as well. We loved it so much we have booked to go again.
