Fantastic stay at a great hotel.

Fabulous service and warm greeting. Everything was clearly explained given the Covid regulations.

We are lucky enough to have stayed at Cromlix many times as a treat to ourselves. It is well worth paying for the experience and worth saying that we felt particularly comfortable with the COVID arrangements.

Couldn’t fault our 2 night stay at Cromlix. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They took their responsibilities regarding COVID-19 very seriously. No issues with social distancing, rooms had a seal on the door after cleaning, even saw staff fogging public areas keeping the guests (and staff) safe. Food was excellent too. Overall a great stay and will definitely stay with them again. Thank you to all staff who made our stay so special.

Whilst the hotel was excellent we found the food outstanding.

We spent five nights at Cromlix and had a wonderful time. The property itself is beautifully presented and provides a cozy and secluded feel to it. The gastronomy was excellent. The service by the hotel staff was impeccable, to a standard and beyond what you ask for when spending time at a luxury 5 star hotel. Highly recommended!

Very impressed by arrangements for cleaning and distancing on account of Covid pandemic. Staff highly professional and courteous. Excellent quality of food and service in restaurant. In room tea and coffee making facilities and fridge would be helpful enhancements.

Food was outstanding all round Staff were simply splendid

The property is in a peaceful location with a nearby lake. However the furnishings could do with an upgrade. We loved our dinner at the Roux restaurant but breakfast was a less pleasant experience. Staff outstanding. Welcoming and professional in the right mix.
