stayed 6 nights , came to cusco for a wedding, breakfast was good , not great but good, hot showers ok, comfy king bed, some heat in hotel felt good when needed, give it a solid 4 out of 5, good choice for the money we paid, real good location to main square area, there was a walk but do able for the average fit person, i liked the security presence in cusco overall, i felt safe, staff was friendly, learn some spanish before u go, there is for sure a language barrier to deal with, i would recommend this to a friend, many dogs run around in cusco, i like dogs so i was ok with it, someone else might be annoyed with it,

The hotel was charming and is easy access to central area of Cusco. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant was excellent

Woldng recommend, there are much better places in Cusco. Pillows are tiny, rooms are noisy (either from noise upstairs or dogs in the courtyard or cars from the street) and the staff are average. Needed to wait over an hour for our room and no one offered us a drink or recommended where we might want go to kills time.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Showers hot with great water pressure. The staff could not be more friendlier. Central location made walking to different tourist spots easy. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff are extremely nice, the check-in service alone was brilliant and made it feel like a 5 star. Rooms were spacious and looked lovely, beds and showers were brilliant. The breakfast was good. Though we were slightly let down as the hotel advertises in multiple places a light breakfast from 4am to 6am, which was of interest to us for an early start, but we were told that it was not being offered. The staff member we spoke to actually acted as if I was making it up until I showed him the sign that sits in the hotel reception stating it is offered! Main let down was the WiFi, which we found to be very poor and intermittent in all areas of hotel.

Great little boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. I loved our 3 person room, which included stairs to second level where 2 more beds were. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with fresh bread, fruit, juices, yogurt, and eggs made to order. Staff were awesome. I used their laundry facility, was also nice. Drink lots of the free coco tea!

We stayed in the main suite which looked as if it had been recently renovated. It was very comfortable and clean.

Short walk to the main square, storing luggage for several days while on a hike very easy and convenient, great breakfast, purified water and cocoa tea available in courtyard, great atmosphere

We loved the courtyard, location, and staff. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had in Peru. Our shower leaked a little, but that was OK if we just put towels on the floor.
