Great hotel. It had a great breakfast that was included. A really nice court yard. The room we stayed in was beautiful.... very nice shower. No refrigerator was my only complaint. The location was perfect. It was a couple blocks away from the main square but a little bit off the beat path which we liked cause it was quieter. Lastly, the restaurant at the hotel was problaby the best food we had during our entire stay in Cusco. We will definitely return

Staff did not explain how things worked, water heater button in original room. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Did not turn on heat at designated time. Internet worked intermittently. 2nd room did not have hot water, and floor tiles oozed water. Had to ask for towels multiple times.

Hotel room was large with very cute balcony. Had everything we needed and the staff went out of their way to help us organize our trip. Great people!!

Good breakfast, accommodating staff and nice place overall. Just a few things come to mind: 1- the town of Cusco is on a hill and this hotel is on the high end of the hill which makes it a hike when coming back, only tough day 1 or 2 2- breakfast starts at 6a so if you're heading out early have a back up plan 3- the hotel is in a quite neighborhood which I found to be a plus given the amount of young people in town.

Pros: - Great staff - Nice historic building with beautiful rooms with personality - Good location, walking distance to most objects of interest - Free coca tea - Restaurant downstairs was one of the best we ate at in town - Good bar downstairs for Pisco Sours - Good help with travel planning - Free breakfast if you get up before 9:30am - Excellent value for money in general Cons: - Beds were very hard - Had to change rooms, don't get the room in the back under the kitchen or you'll be woken up at 6am by the staff above. If I'm in Cusco again I would return to this hotel.

charming old colonial style building with courtyard, rooms have rustic comfort. Staff is superfriendly and helpful. Assisted us in tracking our lost luggage. Nice bar area for a free pisco. Restaurant looks good, but we had dinner elsewhere. Breakfast was great with eggs to order, great musli and variety of grains, fresh fruit cut up.

The staff were super friendly, the room was cute, and everything was exactly what we needed for out arrival in Cusco.

Stayed here for a week and loved it. The property and rooms have unforgettable character and are comfortable. The center courtyard is perfect for lunch, hanging out, or getting some work done- I work on the road. The onsite restaurant is fantastic. The grilled alpaca and grilled trout are incredible. And if you want to eat out, there are plenty of choices within a few minutes walk, including the main square. Staff service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day. Thanks for the great stay!

Loads of character, well appointed rooms. Great staff. A few minutes walk to center, but away from the crowds. Can’t recomend any place higher.
