Excellent hotel. Great location near the plaza. Breakfast is very good. The restaurant is amazing. Will definitely come back. Comfortable beds and very clean. Only issue is water goes off at night but it is a Cusco issue not a hotel issue. It happens in all hotels.

Arrived at 11:00 am and planned on leaving my luggage, then returning at 1 pm for check in. They couldn't locate my reservation so waited till 1pm, they did find me another room that would be ready at 5:30 pm. :(

The hotel itself and service was nice amd accommodating. The bed, however, was too firm for my liking. I understand why they limit the hot water usage, but if you need to leave early for an excursion and want to shower, you cant shower outside the hours of 6-11a, and 6-11p. The view from the breakfast was nice. The service was a little alow in the bar, so much so that we got a free drink. Also, the hotel is just on the outskirts of where the nicer hotels are...same avenue, but a bit up the street, so more uphill walking. Hemce the better price, lilely. But the location is safe and you could reach the square within 5min. We didnt eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice. All in all, the hotel is a mix of ethnic, nature, and "comfort", albeit not so much for me or the other three in our group.

This hotel was convenient, quiet, so cute and unique. Staff was helpful, breakfast was great. I felt safe coming and going in the evening as a single female despite it being on a narrow, quiet street.

not bad value for money, they are working on the hotel to up date it. room service a bit ordinary.

I booked this hotel as it indicated it would include free diner and a free airport transportation. Upon requesting these services I was informed by the Hotel staff this is not something they offer and is a mistake on Expedia's part. I had no issues with the hotel, everything was perfect however I do have a problem when I have to spend extra money while on a trip for amenities which I assumed were included as Expedia indicated they were.

Grounds are nice, reception and house cleaning are polite and mostly helpful. Cook to order breakfast is included and is good, with a great view. Easy walk to plaza and eats. The Pisco Sour promised in Lonely Planet was not made available because we booked through Expedia, which is stupid, because if we hadn’t used Expedia, we would not have known about this place and wouldn’t have spent 3 nights there. However, the sleazy bar manager (after informing us that it wasn’t his rule) gave us a “special 2 for 1 deal”, which we later found out was the happy hour special everyday. Big disappointment, the owner’s dog runs around the hotel biting at your pants legs, until the put him in the fenced area, then he barks incessantly, making the place less than relaxing. Beds are hard and pillows are even harder. Overall, if you can find a better place, you should.
