"Good"

The owner is unscrupulous. He tried to charge me for a stay I'd already paid for. When a travel ban out of the country (Perú) was imposed he wanted to be paid in cash only but he didn't want to provide a receipt. Needless to say, we left as soon as possible.

" Reasons to stay longer in Cusco "

Cusco is a great place to experience Peru in all its variety and color. Perfect spot from which to do day trips to important sites, some fine museums, and excellent food in a range of prices and styles. Hotel is wonderfully funky, terrific staff, part of historic center of town. People-watching is always fun.

Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel set in a great location for exploring Cusco, a great bar with fireplace. Plenty of amazing food choices near by as well as their in house restaurant. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Need to be aware that the Hotel is very environmentally conscience and turns off the hot water for 4-5 hours in morning and afternoon.

This hotel is highly recommended. First, the location is great, just 3 blocks from the main square which makes it an ideal place to relax. The hotel itself is beuatiful with a spacious garden and many places to relax. The staff is always very polite and willing to help in any way. The breakfast very healthy. We particularly like the heating facilities (Cusco can be very gold this time of the year) and the fact that there is always some great mate tea and drinking water available. Thanks Arqueologo, we had a great time!
