We had a fantastic stay at Powerscourt Hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely throughout. We especially loved our room as it was incredibly spacious, the food was excellent, nice afternoon cocktail choices and the SPA and sauna team were especially kind. A real highlight was dinner in Sika. The maître d’ and kitchen staff surprised my daughter with a beautiful celebratory dessert plate to mark the end of her exams and thesis — without being told in advance or requested. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay truly memorable. Luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service — we’ll definitely be back. (Make sure to book everything in advance — it can be busy. The location is wonderful, with so much to do nearby. Take time to explore the gardens and the AVOCA shop). I also found the hotel very accessible. I have limited mobility and use crutches/a prosthetic, and I really appreciated the extra spaces, the close parking, and the plentiful seating. Thankyou!

Powerscourt is a 10/10 experience all round and the best place we’ve stayed in Ireland. We were celebrating our birthdays and wedding anniversary and we got upgraded to a suite upon check-in. Food, service, spa and surroundings were out of this world. The staff are a credit to the hotel and they couldn’t do enough for us (special shout-out to Aine who looked after us so well for 2 nights in the Sally Gap). We will be coming back very soon and cannot wait!

From the moment we arrived at Powerscourt Hotel with our 2 year old, we knew that we had found a little piece of heaven. On entering the hotel we got a lovely welcome including a gift for our little man to ease him into his staycation. Every member of staff from reception, spa, restaurant and bar treated us so well and really made much of our little boy which made the break all the more relaxing. The food was incredible with great variety. The 24 hour gym is brilliant for getting a very early morning workout in. Breakfast was beautiful with lovely views of the garden. The rooms are so quiet and have all the extra touches. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a personal favourite. The inroom dining was also great, good options even for little tummies, served piping hot. The gardens are absolutely stunning. There is a lovely playground and lifesize chess board which is lovely touch. On departing the hotel, the staff at reception remembered our little man’s name, made a fuss of him and again he felt like the star of the show. We will definitely be back again in the coming months.

I recently booked a stay at the Powerscourt Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless. The valet parking made check-in effortless, and we were absolutely delighted to receive a fantastic room upgrade, which made the celebration feel even more special. The hotel is nestled in the most beautiful surroundings, and the facilities throughout the hotel are top-notch and excellently maintained. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The staff are excellent—incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure we felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We enjoyed the beautiful garden walks, waterfall, the Powerscourt distillery and of course the Avoca cafe, my wifes favourite coffee stop! If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion in luxury, this is the place to do it. We had a magical time and will definitely be back!

We recently celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary at Piwerscourt Hotel . It was one of the best experiences we had. The standard of the room was incredible. Everything was so luxurious. Every member of staff were extremely kind and all this combined made our stay so memorable. It was a pleasure to stay at Powerscourt.
