Such an amazing experience and great value for money. The upgraded suite was beautiful and BIG (playing hide and seek was a fun game and due to the number of rooms, lasted quite a while!). The desk staff were so helpful letting us change our room to one with opening windows, which was much appreciated. Our suite was squeaky clean and had everything we needed, the bed was seriously comfortable, giving us a great nights sleep. Fantastic breakfast which really set us up for the day. The hotel inside was grand and well presented, and the rear gardens were immaculately kept. All staff we came in contact with couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay, and I’m sure we’ll be back, many thanks…

My husband and I recently had ( yet again ) the most relaxing and luxurious two night stay in the fabulous powerscourt Hotel in Wicklow ( Ireland). Staff were very attentive to making our stay as special and individual to all our requests /requirements as needed. The hospitality was professional and demonstrated throughout all provisions of the hotel itself from ,the accommodation , service provided and standard of food available in both the cocktail bar and the fabulous Sika restaurant. We would definitely recommend a visit to powerscourt Hotel not just to experience the hotel but it’s amazing gardens and Estate. Trust me you might want to pack an extra shirt/dress in case you decide to stay an extra night or two.

Fabulous location with beautiful views , comfortable luxurious staff and great staff

We recently stayed at the fine Powerscourt hotel. From the minute we drove in the sweeping driveway to the minute we checked in at reception, the staff were fantastic, and couldn’t do enough, from the friendly greeting on arrival to the helpful staff offering to take our bags to the room. The entire experience was first class and we couldn’t thank them enough. The food and atmosphere were immaculate and the servers couldn’t do enough, ensuring we waited on nothing. The rooms are large and spacious with the beds extremely comfortable leaving us refreshed for a walk around the grounds and a trip to the spa. We had no issue with any noise levels. No request went unheard and the facilities on offer are truly world class. Credit must go to the housekeeping staff who have the hotel in pristine condition at all times. The grounds are pristine and well worth the entry fee, the walk truly explained why Wicklow is commonly referred to as Irelands garden. The staff at the distillery offered a private tour to us which we gladly accepted. The experiences offered on the ground are rivalled by none other. On the second night we dined at the restaurant and a special mention to our waiter Alvin who went above and beyond to make the experience both enjoyable and memorable. The entire experience was well worth the drive, offered unbelievable value for money and it is safe to say we shall be returning.

Beautiful gardens, large suite, amazing restaurants. Gorgeous view of Sugar Loaf Mountain. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms!

The only complaint was that the beds were a bit hard.

Set in the beautiful Wicklow mountains, we had a wonderful time at Powerscourt over the weekend, from the moment we entered the hotel the employees were exceptionally friendly. We used the spa facilities, which I would highly recommend to include as part of any visit. The staff in the spa were very helpful and the spa itself spotless and very peaceful. Looking forward to another stay soon - thanks Powerscourt!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Powerscourt hotel. Every corner of the property is stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a lovely dinner in the Sika restaurant, our waiter, Ionut, took incredible care of us. He was clearly very educated about the menu and offered perfect dessert recommendations. Andreea was also wonderful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. We finished our night with drinks at the Sally Gap, where Aine looked after us perfectly. The atmosphere was spot on. We can't wait to come back again!

The location is just beautiful, so close to Powerscourt Gardens and waterfall is a bonus. Just a short drive to Dublin. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Our room was huge and extremely comfortable, the most comfortable pillows I’ve slept on in any hotel. Every little detail is covered. The mini bar has more than ample choices. Dinner was very nice with something to suit most tastes and dietary needs . While we were having dinner our beds were turned down, towels changed if needed and tea and coffee restocked. The complimentary water and chocolates were a nice addition . The pool/spa area is spotlessly clean , well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing afternoon.The saunas although small were very efficient. I actually cannot fault one single thing and will most definitely return very soon. All in all it was a lovely birthday treat.
