mean front desk person, facilities seemed ran down, no breakfast or lobby area open, not a good experience at all.

nothing.....had to move me 2 times, water running in bathrooms, remotes to tv don't work, just a horrible experience

Close to downtown Knoxville, perfect for going to a vols game at neyland stadium

Toilet made noises every 10 minutes, loud noises overnight, overall decent place to stay
