No clean some parties and the in day shift office angry

I booked my stay here for 2 reasons: free breakfast and swimming pool. When we got there, the pool was shut down. The lobby was completely locked, and no breakfast. All communications were down through the night window. I paid ahead of time, and still had to pay a $100 non refundable deposit when i arrived. I checked out a full day early because i was so disappointed. I did not get even 1 oenny refunded. I contacted corporate, and they were no help. Do not waste your money here.

Only stay here if you can’t afford anywhere else. I was solo and didn’t care but will not stay here again. Paper thin walls. Bed is terrible. Towels are paper thin and small. No breakfast due to Covid? Really? It’s Sept 2023. Location is good, we’ll lit. Ac works but super loud, at least it distracted from guests next door talking loudly at 2am. Aubrey’s is just 2 blocks away and a great choice for meal. McDonald’s is across the street.

Cheap

The staff was not helpful. I paid online and the manager tried to double charge me. He said I paid booking.com but I didn’t pay him, so he charged my card again. I told him I already paid but he refused to listen to me. Do not pay online if you go here. They don’t understand how it works.

Dirtiest hotel room I ever stayed in.

Room had an old smell to it, bathtub was aged and not updated, if I had to do over would go somewhere else.

It had a bed, bath, and air.

Facilities are old and need remodeling or updating.
