False advertisement

Absolutely nothing! Very unsafe & nasty! They lie abt holding a deposit they don't return timely.

The fact they lied abt what the room included and only allowed 2 towels for 3 people!

the price was reasonable for the area

we had a door that wouldn’t lock. told desk about it all day to have repaired. walls are extremely thin between rooms. you hear everything. asked for an extra towel was told no. ice buckets and cups on counter but no ice machine.

I was given a room key and a woman was already in the room. It was 11 at night and me trying to come in really scared her. As I went to fix the issue and get another room another guest warned me of bed bugs. The receptionist was kind enough to give me a refund.

it was a fair price and a good location

everything was old and outdated mattresses are old and nasty and stiff. Bathrooms are caulked over too many times, and are out dated. I had a late night check-in that I reserved online. I made a mistaken with my online reservation with priceline. I called the reservation app Priceline minutes after this mistake in which they informed me the cancellation with money returned decision is up to the hotel manager, and a manager would not be in until 9 AM to honor or deny a money back cancellation of reservation. So I continue to the hotel and purchased a room for the night and discussed with the clerk upon check in in regards to the cancellation, and she informed me a manager will be in in the morning. I also asked her about a late check out when she informed me that late, check out what cost an additional $30 and which I refused So come approximately 9:30-10 I went to the office to speak to a manager and wish the same clerk from the night before she greeted me with a “good morning are you coming to check out? “ I responded with “I’m coming to check on my cancellation!” She informed that “the procedure will take 24 to 48 hours”, I responded with a “thank you“and left the office Roughly 15 minutes later housekeeping knocked on my door. It was approximately 1015 at this time. Through the door I responded “we haven’t checked out yet.” housekeeping left 15 minutes after the knock on the door another knock came from a male manager. I open the door he proceeds to “say you checked out” I responded with “no” he continued to say “I heard you say you tricked out” once again I responded with “no your clerk when she greeted me said are you here to check out? I never once said anything about checking out. I’m here to check on my cancellation” it was at this point where the interaction turned and your manager try to intimidate me .I still had time before 11am check out when the manager threaten to call the police on me and charge me another night.

Clerk was nice, room was pretty decent for price
