One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Every detail reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. A special thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. Experiences like this are the reason guests return again and again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly enjoyable stay.

The place was fantastic, we had such a great time, the facilities are very beautiful, our room was soooo beautiful n homely🥰 the staff is very friendly n their app makes communication seamless n the responses are swift.

The hotel should consider some technology and automate the room amenities like lights, curtains etc.

我和我太太一共住了两天，刚入住时候酒店接待很好，详细交代了房屋设施和酒店服务，还让我们下载了酒店app，用来使用酒店服务。特色的点在于可以送早餐上门，然后晚十点前有免费接驳车可以往返努沙杜瓦地区（提前预定）。美中不足是步行至我们的35号别墅路途有点稍远，且没有摆渡车。刚进屋时候闻到屋子里有一点潮湿的味道，可能是沿海地区都有的味道，也可能是竹子顶棚的事情。刚入住当天我太太的手链就遗失在游泳池附近了，我们找了两天都没找到。但是退房当天清洁人员仅仅十分钟就找到了，我们十分感谢酒店的服务。值得一提的是，酒店的早餐非常丰盛且美味，尤其是印尼炒面及法式吐司，值得五星好评。为我们的旅行画了一个圆满的句号。

This is a return trip. I love the property’s cleanliness, tranquility and the amazing staff who are care with genuine hearts. They made the stay very comfortable!

WiFi was poor during this trip. Some connectivity on and off, but never stayed connected the full day.

Our stay at The Bale Nusa Dua was genuinely exceptional from beginning to end. What truly made this resort stand out wasn’t just the beautiful villas or luxury atmosphere, but the incredible staff throughout the entire property. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. They always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and informed about everything around the Nusa Dua area. Their hospitality felt sincere and personal, which made the experience even more special. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day, and every time we returned the villa felt fresh, organised, and perfectly prepared. The attention to detail was outstanding and really added to the luxury feel of the stay. The facilities inside the villa were excellent and everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary cab service within the Nusa Dua area. It made getting around incredibly convenient and stress free, especially when visiting nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions. It’s a small touch that made a huge difference during our stay. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic. Every meal we had was fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was especially enjoyable, and the overall dining experience matched the luxury standard of the resort perfectly. Overall, The Bale Nusa Dua exceeded expectations in every way. The peaceful atmosphere, immaculate villas, excellent food, and especially the warmth and professionalism of the staff made this one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Bali.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr Idyllisch gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Der Service war super. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Flughafentransfer und der kostenlose Chauffeurservice innerhalb von Nusa Dua. Die Villa und der Pool sind traumhaft schön. Das Essen war sehr gut. Kann das Resort nur weiterempfehlen, war begeistert.

Das Gym ist sehr veraltet.
