Dirty floors, hair on pillows, and the fire alarm was taped up so it didn't work. We left to go stay somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Stains on the sheets in multiple rooms. They moved us rooms and there were stains on those sheets as well. The front desk worker told us that they are having trouble with the house keeping and that “no one wants to work anymore”. Still they didn’t offer us any compensation besides points towards our next stay. Not helpful because we will not be back

Whole process was smooth and staff was friend . Check desk employee was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean

Room was just fine, elevators slow or sometimes wouldn’t work, and the pool was closed. Booked for a family trip for softball and half the reason we choose this hotel was the pool. No notice of the pool being closed prior to booking.

Pro. The hotel and room where clean and the clerk was pleasant Con. The hotel swimming pool was not open - we picked the hotels for the pool Hot Food was subpar. And they did not accommodate for allergies like we were informed they would. Bathroom shower was out of soap

Our stay here was great. Check-in was smooth and the front desk clerk was very nice and quick getting us checked in. Room was clean. We was there for 3 nights the only issue we had was the 2nd morning housekeeping didn't knock on the door before just barging into the room. We were lucky no one was changing when she did this. They should always knock on the door before entering a room that people are still paying for. Overall not a bad experience it was a pleasant get away.

Great property
