Very nice staff

I do not recall the name of the lady at the front desk when I checked out (Monday, Oct 6th), She was so incredibly helpful! Please recognize her. I had an issue with my iPhone, and she was able to look up the iPhone store, as well as print the directions. I was completely lost without access to my phone. As we all know, everything we need is stored in our phones!

Amazing customer service. Cleanliness, amazing comfort. We shall be back

The staff wasn’t very welcoming upon check in but when checking out the other staff was a bit more polite and welcoming.

Spacious & Bright Rooms: The room was impressively large and had excellent natural lighting, making it feel very open and welcoming. Exceptionally Friendly Staff: Every staff member we interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping, was genuinely friendly and helpful. Fantastic Location for Food & Essentials: The location is a major plus. You are surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, all within easy walking distance. You really don't need to drive to find a great meal. 房间宽敞，采光极佳： 房间非常宽敞，而且自然采光很好，让整个空间感觉格外明亮和舒适。 员工十分友善： 从前台到客房服务，我们遇到的每一位员工都真诚友好，乐于助人。 周边餐饮丰富，步行可达： 酒店的地理位置是一大亮点。周围遍布各种各样的餐厅、咖啡厅和面包店，都可以轻松步行到达，完全不需要开车出去找吃的。

Persistent Unpleasant Odor in Room: Unfortunately, our room had a strong, musty odor that was very noticeable upon entering. It never fully dissipated during our stay and was the biggest downside of our visit. Cramped Public Areas: The hotel's public spaces, particularly the lobby and breakfast area, feel quite small and cramped, especially when there are a lot of guests around. 房间存在严重异味： 美中不足的是，我们的房间里有一股浓重的霉味，一进门就能闻到，并且在入住期间一直没有完全散去，这是我们此行最大的遗憾。 公共区域狭小局促： 酒店的公共区域，特别是大堂和早餐区，感觉比较狭小，在客人多的时候会显得有些拥挤。

Perfect for dropping off a kid at UCSB

I didn’t like the fact that we had to move three times due to bedbugs and water leaks in the ceiling that poured on you while you were using the bathroom.

Great breakfast. Family friendly!
