PHILOMENA!!! De services van deze service desk host was in één woord GEWELDIG. Een voorbeeld voor anderen. Zij was professioneel, toegewijd aan de gasten en stond bijna 24/7 voor je klaar om je wensen/verzoeken te realiseren! Ik zou haar zeker een stap hoger in haar carrière wensen want zij heeft echt potentie om manager te worden!!

1. De variaties van het buffet was geen 5sterren!

The place is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful — I haven't had a single unpleasant interaction. The beach is great, too. The food was solid (I wish they would have filter coffee though :D). There are a lot of monkeys seeking food, but it was more of a fun watching them. The view is incredible, spend more on the seaview rooms, it's worth it.

There were small ants in the room, it didn't really bother me, but it's just a fact. All beaches in Kenya are public, so while the hotel territory is private, there were quite annoying beach boys. They offer their services, that's completely okay, the problem is that it happens every single time you walk on the beach, go into the water, etc. and it quickly becomes annoying or even disturbing. Hotel is not allowed to do anything about it though.

Omg! I don’t even know where to start. I had such a lovely stay, initially I wasn’t happy with my room because of few issues. I communicated and was then moved to another room. They decorated the bed for my birthday and I got a free birthday cake.The staff made sure I got everything I need. I must say a big shoutout to the staff they were exceptional! Ms Lucy,Ruth,Ester,Maria,Berky,(I forgot some names but you all touched my heart)Sarah from the Spa,I had such a lovely massage. The lady who walked me through the golf course 🤗 The all have some beautiful biblical names. Mr George and Choyo always made sure I’m transported from my room to the restaurant area safely and helping with my bags. Mr Kennedy also assisting with transport whenever I needed it. And the security guards for keeping the monkeys away while we eat. May you all continue with an excellent hospitality. The place was clean too and there were renovations happening but that did not bother me at all. The food was also lovely with great variety. They also have some daily activities to keep people entertained.

The was no Iron in the rooms and you get charged for ironing services.I’ve been all over the world and I’m first in my bloodline to experience that thing of no irons.Please management do something about it.I hope things will be different when I visit again soon.Im not wearing wrinkled clothes abegoooo.

The beach was lovely and the food was very good.
