"On a passer des vacances exceptionnelles dans cette hôtel ou tout était parfait"

Un endroit magnifique, très propre pour couple ou famille c est idéal, tres bien situé au calme mais à 5 min en Tuc tuc du centre Pub Steet, le personnel était toujours souriant et agréable et d une gentillesse exceptionnelle, a notre service pour toute nos demande, la nourriture était très bonne , plusieurs fois des cadeau déposer dans la chambre c était incroyable, je pourrais vous en parler des heures, c est un hôtel exceptionnel ❤️

"Lovely atmosphere and great value"

I loved the exterior and interior of the hotel, SPA, Tuktuk availability, delicious breakfast and the friendly staff.

Location was a bit far from main sightseeing destination as I did not want to walk on the street alone.. But it is good to try many cafe options nearby.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Auch der Fahrer, der uns abgeholt hat, war sehr zuvorkommend.

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, und die Einrichtung als auch der Pool erinnern eher an die Ausstattung Ende der 90er Jahre. Wenn man essen will muss man drinnen sitzen, wo es so kalt ist und den Charme einer Halle hat. Der Pool ist kalt und auch die Liegen unbequem und wenig ansprechend. Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Pool wegen unserer Tochter, aber der war so gut fotografiert, dass der echte nichts damit gemein hatte. Er war super schmal und schattig, eisig und nicht mal zum plantschen geeignet. Leider finden wir, eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig.

"Lovely Hotel; Great Staff"

We have just had a delightful 8 nights at Heritage Suites. A very lovely hotel with great amenities and a very comfortable room. However the absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every single person - no matter what their job- was friendly and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making our stay so pleasurable. Obviously we can’t name them all, however 3 staff seemed to be rostered on for most of our stay; Phyrun (‘rain god’), Makara, and Sinat thank you for all your assistance and your never ending smiles.
