Die Ausstattung, das Personal und das Essen waren grossartig! Die Residence Suite hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen-sie ist für 2 Personen sehr sehr gross und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Der phänomenale Ausblick in den Garten jeden Morgen und die totale Privatsphäre sind ein grosser Pluspunkt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Speziellen Dank geht an Phyrun, Sreynith und Koang.

Der Whirlpool in unserer Suite war mit ein Grund für die Buchung dieser Suite. Leider mussten wir dann feststellen, dass gar keine Funktion vorhanden ist, um den Whirlpool warm zu bringen-sprich das Wasser war einfach eiskalt. Wir haben auch beim Personal nachgefragt, welches dann nach 10 Minuten hin und her telefonieren auch merkte, dass es gar nicht möglich ist. Daher fanden wir das Preisleistungsverhältnis doch relativ hoch, hätten wir mit diesem Wissen auch ein normales Zimmer mit Pool nehmen können.

Beautiful hotel, with lovely landscaping and architecture. But it was really the warmth of the staff that made the difference! Tola, Sinat, Matata, Nang and the young trainee server were absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful and a joy to see every day. We deeply appreciated the care and support we received. We were also very happy with the support and guidance provided at the tour desk, which planned fantastic activities with a wonderful guide for us.

This is a boutique property, and the prices of food and beverages reflected this, but perhaps they went a bit overboard with the markup. The walls of the rooms are also not particularly thick, so we did hear happenings in the neighbouring rooms.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the diverse and beautifully maintained vegetation and the delicate scent of lemongrass in the air to the comfortable, spotless rooms with private pools — everything felt exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling. The lady from the adventure office helped us organize our trips to Angkor and even found a newly opened resort for the next part of our stay in Cambodia. Her support made a real difference. Our flight was cancelled, and the hotel handled the situation perfectly. They postponed our reservation without any issues, and we were genuinely happy to be able to stay two extra days. The food is another standout feature — delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Overall, a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended.
