Люкс номер за пользование кофемашиной при выезде насчитываю выпитое кофе!!! На завтраках нет еды, ассортимента нет вообще! Если брать просто по меню вы не по завтракаете! Приходится все просить дополнительно так как шведский стол - СЫР и ФРУКТЫ! ВСЁ!!!! Персонал такое ощущение забыл как работать Отель для людей за 55 лет

Понравился приветливый персонал на регистрации

Итак: Завтраки: имейте ввиду что все нужно ждать, сыр и фруктов на шведскийстол кладут ограниченное кол во, то же самое касается тарелок, их почему вечно не хватало. При этом на завтраке максимум 6-10 человек Номер и мини бар; Будьте внимательны! Тут ловушка! Стоит кофемашина и капсулы которые как оказалось платные) и это в номере ЛЮКС!!!! Впервые вижу такое жлобство! При выезде нам насчитали 70 долларов за кофе!!!! В номере вид на стену, номер стоит 250 юсд в сутки!!!!

Мы отмечали мой день рождения в Heritage Suites и это был один из лучших моих праздников! Муж заказал украшение номера и романтический ужин. Все было сделано и организовано на высшем уровне. Шарики, букет роз, тортик с утра и приватный, романтический ужин при свечах вечером! Блюда были потрясающе вкусными, обслуживание просто супер! Сам номер ( birds of paradise) с бассейном, очень красивый, комфортный, уютный! Спала все ночи, как младенец! Территория отеля небольшая, но красивая. Отдельно хочу отметить невероятный персонал отеля. Все милые, улыбчивые, заботливые и очень приятные! Делали всё, чтобы наш отдых прошел замечательно! Завтрак вкусный, выбор по меню и есть небольшой шведский стол. На обед и ужин можно заказать еду по меню, всё, что брали, было очень вкусным. Спа имеет очень красивый интерьер, массаж тоже понравился! Была приятная скидка в 25%. Рекомендую этот отель и с удовольствием вернусь с мужем еще раз!

Прекрасный бутик-отель с очень приятным персоналом и красивыми номерами! Комфортно, чисто, уютно, тихо- идеально для хорошего отдыха! Удобные кровати, вкусный завтрак по меню, хороший выбор блюд на обед и ужин (можно заказать в комнату). Красивый интерьер в СПА и профессиональный подход массажистов.

An exceptional hotel with the friendliest staff, who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were always greeted by name as we entered or left the hotel, were given an incredible service. We left Cambodia with many happy memories and really enjoyed spending time at the pool area and in the main dining room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Plus the steam room.

A tv is not provided unless you ask for it and it is linked to the internet so if often doesn’t work.
