The staffs was very kind , polite and helpful, the room was very clean. Easy access to 1 utama shopping mall.

Hotel room was good, restaurant quality availability and service level is poor. No food after 10pm for people who are late arrivals. Breakfast is mostly ultra processed food rather than freshly made at the hotel bar the egg station. No welcome at the hotel or restaurant and do not order at the pool as they have no idea of the menu.

Near one utama, otherwise poor. Rooms were standard. No CNN, complimentary drinks and snacks was nice. Breakfast food quality standard was poor. The food at the pool is non existent, most things on the menu not available and staff do not understand the menu. The restaurant downstairs closes between meals and there is literally no food available at 10pm. The staff at the checkin initially did not bother to call for room availability at checkin

It pleases everywhere especially location. Hotel is efficiently runned by good management and staff. Spacious and clean and easy convenient to malls and trains

The property is linked to the One Utama Shopping mall which have heaps of dinning option. Although the property room are a bit aged and old. Showers temperature was hard to be adjusted...either too hot or too cold and water pressure wasn't good. Overall service was good.
