I am reviewing my current stay. We have been to this property many times for our personal trips and always put in a request for a room away from the lift lobby after a terrible experience with the noise. For this trip I was informed that no room had been aet aside for us unlike the previous times and we only discovered that we we just NEXT to the lift lobby when we went up. The door of the cupboard was unhinged and the toilet bowl seat was off, such that zi almost fell off the toilet bowl. The beds were sinking for the first time since using this property. The next morning it was extremely noisy from 7am onwards due to the traffic at the lift lobby. Room beside us had their TV blaring from 9am onwards. I feel like a zombie and it's only the first of my 4 nights here. If you have other choices, STAY ELSEWHERE.

I have stayed this hotel many times. Their quality is excellent.

Hotel is understaffed for the number of guests they receive. Feels like any other plain hotel....

It takes a very long time for temperature of water suitable for shower

Amazing room with warm service. Great location but expect jams when turning in or out of the area.

First 2 nights were terrible as the guests beside us had their tv on at full blast and were also talking so loudly it's audible through the thin walls, till 1am. Room tpilet had a stench which you csn smell once you enter the bathroom. We are hotels.com Gold members but werent given the upgrade and the 50myr voucher, which we've never managed to use previously but it is indicative that the staff of this hotel do not dispense the VIP benefits as adveertised. Overall quite an unpleasant stay compared to our previous stays here.
