Pacífica Resort Ixtapa All-Inclusive

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is extremely outdated, with furniture in poor condition and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The quality of the rooms and food was well below expectations particularly troubling for a resort advertised as all-inclusive. Shockingly, the “All-inclusive” package included only one coffee and one piece of bread per day, which is unacceptable by any standard. The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the El Faro restaurant, which provided a much needed contrast to the otherwise subpar experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The service, amenities, and overall value were severely lacking.

Pacifica Resort is a special place, and we look forward to going every year. The employees are very friendly and eager to help with whatever comes up. We tried the all-inclusive for the first time. With El Faro only available for one night and so many good restaurants in the area we won't choose that option again. Bravo for having a great resort with beautiful views and great employees.

Construction began the second week of our stay. The main dining room and bars on the beach were closed. All inclusive food and beverages was less than satisfactory. The construction noise was loud and annoying. I am not sure how often the pools are cleaned. I got an ear infection during my stay and well into when I returned home.

Our kids’ (grown adults), favourite place. Food is always great, staff is wonderful, only drawback this year was that the main restaurant was being renovated. Thought maybe this should be down in slow season maybe? This year we had 2 units for extended family and friends.

Another great vacation in Ixtapa. Accommodations at Pacifica were wonderful. The food was great too. We always love our time spent there. We saw old friends and front desk staff who are always wonderful. We will return again next year. Only drawback was the construction going on mid level of the resort

Overall our experience was excellent. Food was better than ever. Service was impeccable. Maintenance was a little slow. We called twice reporting that neither blow dryer worked in our unit. Nor did the plug ins in the bathroom or bedroom work. They finally came and fixed it immediately. Our biggest complaint is that we apparently can't choose who transports us to and from the airport. We prefer Manuel Lara's services but he isn't allowed on the premises so we had to take Pacifica transportation down to the gate. Very annoying.

Nos sorprendió lo grande que es el hotel, las distancias a recorrer son grandes pero el hotel brinda traslado gratis para todos lados. La comida en general fue muy buena. La hora de check out es a las 10:00 am pero te dejan estar en el hotel hasta las 5:00 pm. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, aunque los colchones un poquito duros y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no enfriaba bien

Solo sería un poco más variedad en las comidas

Al llegar no tenian registrada nuestra reservacion. No nos querian dejar pasar con carro. Tardaron en darnos cuarto. Caminamos hacia el cuarto por mucha subida.

The staff was amazing, always helpful, smiling, and always around. I would definitely stay here again.
