lack of professionalism amongst staff. Given wrong information several times. AC in bedroom didn’t cool unless put on dehumidifier mode, and was so loud caused difficulty sleeping. At dinner in the buffet, I got up to get dessert and returned less than 5 minutes later to find my table cleared and someone else had been given it. Sat 2x for over 15 minutes obviously done, drink finished and looking for the wait staff to get the bill, and had to start to walk around and ask before they helped, and appeared shocked that I was done.

The way the hotel is built up is definitely something special (on a small hill). The replacement of elevators with an internal transportation within the complex is a very comfortable and practical solution!. It was simply a very pleasant experience.

Way too many stairs!! Bad knees or bad legs? Do not go here! Anywhere you want to go on the property requires climbing or descending stairs. There are NO elevators! Entryways are all outside. The employees were all nice 👍, I enjoyed the fresh food, weather was perfect, bathrooms were always clean. Just too many stairs for old knees.

En general bueno el Hotel y servicios, a excepción de la cama de habitación, muy mala, colchones viejos y viaje con mis padres y tantas escaleras fue difícil para ellos.

People were really nice and helpful in any thing you need it and very good service

Property overall nice but lacks safety feature such as anti slip strips for stairs. More hand rails needed. Service was very good and the restaurants were wonderful.

Esta hermoso, muy buena atención, todo excelente. La comida creo que podría estar mejor, pero te divertías mucho, la playa y las sesiones son parte del paquete Me encanto todo
