Tsokkos Paradise Village

Falsly advertised by love holidays and on-site! No jacuzzi, sauna or spa! No indoor pool! No wifi! Only WiFi in reception area! Never a 4* it’s around a 3*! Exterior of rooms is nice unfortunately the interior/rooms very outdated - 80z duven box beds! Not solid on ground they slide when you toss/turn! People were moving rooms daily and complaining at reception! No entertainment for kids in the day at all! No entertainment at nite! Just a quick 10 mins of a mic and dance! Locations good, outdoor swimming pools nice and clean. Dinners not great, salad bar and breakfast decent! There was hair found in food 3 times even when chefs are walking around checking! Otherwise not worth it. I am here now and very disappointed! Managers don’t care once they’ve got your money from travel agents! We are here now and it’s not great! Wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely can get better at a Narccissos 3* hotel!

We actually came to this hotel in September 2023. Myself and my daughter and a huge group of friends and family for a wedding in Ayia Napa. Stayed 11 nights. I have been to Ayia Napa and protaras 3 times since because I absolutely fell inlove with Cyprus. But I can honestly say this hotel is very good although the rooms are very dated and definitely need renovating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough with nice balconies and they have a bath which is rare in hotels perfect for children that hate showers. The pool s and pool area is fantastic for children and adults. Plenty of sunloungers to go round and no extra for that cabannas. The food is good in my opinion for an all inclusive not bad or anything special. I think when you’re on holiday eating 3 meals a day from the same buffet it does get repetitive and we all over eat ! There’s so many great restaurants in Ayia Napa. Location wise this hotel is a bit out the way if you wanted to be more in the hustle and bustle of Napa. But there’s a bus stop right outside and the bus service is great cheap and reliable running all night. I’ve picked this hotel again to come back this may and again in July. Specifically because in my personal opinion Landa beach opposite is one of the most beautiful beach in Ayia Napa and no way as busy as nissi. When I’ve stayed in other parts we found ourselves travelling back here to visit Landa. There are other hotels around but for 2 weeks all inclusive you’re looking at an extra 1-2 K on top. You can literally walk to Landa beach in 3 minutes for this hotel and if you get fed up with the food venture out for a nice meal. I found the beds comfortable enough but I’m planning on bringing a mattress topper in my daughter’s suitcase just in case I’m not lucky this time. There was never an issue with cleaning in the hotel either everywhere was spotless. Hope everyone enjoys their holiday if you do book this hotel if you are not too fussed in the decor of the rooms and looking for a beautiful beach , fantastic pool and hot weather just book it honestly you will not regret it! I went in October 24 with my 2 children after getting such a good deal but reading the reviews on here made me expect the worst. However I was really pleasantly surprised and we had a great holiday. If you are used to 5* this probably isn’t for you but if you are looking for budget holiday this is perfect. The room was basic and yes a bit dated but very clean and we barely spent any time in it anyway. An amazing pool, pool area maintained to a high standard, plenty of available sunbeds whatever time of day. Good food, my fussy kids even found something they liked every day! Loved that half board you could swap dinner for lunch if going out to eat that night. Really helpful reception staff and staff fab in the bar/restaurant. Perfect location, literally across the road from Landa beach, 15 min walk to the water park one way, 15 min walk to Nissi Beach the other, 15 min taxi into the Ayia napa strip. Evening entertainment wasn’t the best and some nights very loud but my kids enjoyed the parrot show and the dancing. All in all a great holiday and I would definately go back.

The location is super, a 3-minute walk from Landa beach and a 15-minute walk from Nissi beach. The beaches are connected with a path along the seaside. Both the breakfast and the dinner were delicious and we could choose from a big variety of dishes. The pool area is beautiful with free sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Unfortunately the water of the pool is cold but as we experienced it is cold in a five-star hotel as well. The apartments are a little bit old fashioned but they are clean and every day our apartment was cleaned. If they were modern and luxurious the price wouldn't be as reasonable as it is now, so we didn't mind. Everyone was kind and helpful. All in all we loved our stay here and if we come back to Agia Napa we will choose the same place to stay.

Amazing stay! The food was good quality and drinks were made well. The staff at the front desk were extra helpful.

Very good location. The swimming pool area is very nice and the buffet is very rich. The rooms are very old furnitured and not so clean.

The staff were very friendly and the out door spaces well kept and clean, as was the pool and accomodation, but, it is very dated and the "kitchenette" had nothing to cook with ie pots pans cutlery etc. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, it all seemed stuck in the past and in need of investment. The food was basic and not 4* quality but the staff were friendly and attentative. Pool was good and clean and the entertainment staff were enthusiastic. Overall it just needs the rooms updating and the food improving. Sad to say we will not be returning.

Uima-allas alue oli ihana ja pienille lapsille oma matala allas oli tosi kiva. Muuten hotelli oli kulahtanut. Ilmastointi tosi kovaa ääntä pitävä. Aamupala ja illallinen oli hyvän makuisia ehkä enemmän britti makuun tehtyä. Enemmän olisi kaivannut paikallisia makuja pelkkien salaattien lisäksi.
