Tsokkos Paradise Village

We booked this hotel & had read mixed reviews so wasn’t sure what it would be like, but here is our 100% honest review. We arrived past 1 am checked in and were given sandwiches, shown to our room which we found to be very spacious, that was all we took notice of being such a late arrival. The next morning we were not disappointed with the location of our room, however the room it’s self was tired by this we mean it’s not falling apart just in need of an update, everything functioned as it should air con was great. Let’s face it you don’t go looking for the sun to spend all your time inside, you use it to shower & sleep, we found the beds comfortable & housekeeping came in every day. The pool area is what you see in the photos and it’s kept immaculately clean with the pool guy in every morning. Never any sunbed wars as there are plenty. Pool bar open daily and friendly staff. Lots of mixed entertainment though out the day with a lovely young lady (Hungarian) asking you to join in but never put under pressure to do so. The restaurant… is a buffet style, there was something for everyone and plenty of it at all 3 sittings breakfast, lunch & dinner, it’s not like cooking for a family they are catering for 100s so it’s never going to be piping hot but everything was well cooked and very well presented. Evening entertainment could do with a revamp it was pretty weak. That was the only criticism but in fact it made you chat with others staying there. ALL STAFF went above and beyond and were friendly and welcoming nothing was to much trouble. We were leaving at 8.30pm & was allowed to keep our room till 2, they had somewhere safe for our cases and a room for us to shower and supplied towels. This is clearly not a 5* hotel if that’s what you are looking for look elsewhere. But if you’re looking for safe, comfortable, clean and friendly, I would certainly recommend Tsokkos Paradise Village.

We stayed half board in this lovely hotel which had a nice big pool with plenty of sunbeds on offer.rooms were basic but we're clean and also cleaned every day. Was a bit unsure of food after reading previous reviews but will say I really enjoyed the food as did my family which has some very fussy eaters in it. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and is a short walk to to some bars and restaurants on the main road in both direction ( about 10 minutes). Waterpark is also a 5 minutes bus ride from front of hotel. The beautiful landa beach is just a couple of minutes walk opposite the hotel. This is one of the nicest beaches I have been to and is perfect for family's.

Loved the fact the buildings were 2 high , Excellent swimming pool could still get sun loungers any time of the day . I am a very fussy eater but there was always something to eat great choice of food . Pool bar was great Harry who served very polite went above and beyond. Jimmy manager of the restaurant was excellent ,very helpful with anything you asked for . The rooms were very basic Could do with upgrading. Reception staff were on hand with anything you asked for.

I was nervous about our holiday, having read the reviews on here but I was so pleasantly surprised. The hotel is beautiful. The pool is stunning and there were no sunbed wars, even when it was really busy because of the whit Sunday bank holiday festival. Our room was spotless and comfortable and always smelled lovely. I don’t know what floor cleaner they use but I want it! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming too and went above and beyond. My son became ill whilst we were there (he had chicken pox) and we had to stay and reception made sure we kept our room and helped me find medical care & management upgraded us and they checked that we had anything we needed and he was ok. My kids loved the activities. I don’t know why people say there’s nothing on. There were activities all day and everyone’s welcome to join. My daughter started most days doing yoga, Pilates or stretching and them later joined aqua noodles or Zumba in the pool. My son enjoyed darts, water polo, ping pong and volley ball and they both loved the parrot show. My daughter’s absolute favourite was the mini disco though and we also enjoyed belly dancing and live music. Dora who runs the activities is lovely and my daughter was so sad to leave her. The food was great, with lots of choices. I do not eat meat (but eat fish) and there was always plenty of choices. My son is autistic and has a limited diet and he too always found plenty to eat and food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant manager, Dimitris is very friendly and always checks everything is running smoothly and everyone in the restaurant and the bars were also so friendly. My daughter really loves Thomas and knowing this he always made an effort to give her attention and make her feel special. Also we went in the gym and it is not at all scary as another review suggests. It is basic but has anything you would need and is light. I am a single mum and felt perfectly at ease there. My son used the treadmill quite a few times. The location is perfect, opposite Landa beach, which is stunning and a short walk to Nissi beach, which is more lively. We enjoyed the foam party. We went in a boat trip whilst there and saw turtles and swam in the crystal clear sea. We loved it so much that I am trying to book to come back next year but there are no rooms left for half term but we will definitely be back.

Excellent family holiday for May half term. Stayed here as a family of 3 & had an amazing time. Pool area is beautiful with plenty of sun loungers available Rooms are spacious & clean with good aircon Food - good breakfast choices. Lunch also nice but sometimes limited & evening meal good choices with different theme every night. Drinks are excellent, cocktails,beer,soda & juices to choose from. Restaurant & bar staff are very friendly, attentive, helpful & hard working- they are a credit to this hotel Entertainment - there was something every night. Karaoke, music quiz, tribute night, bird show & singers. Location- 5 min walk to Landa beach Great location with walking distance to shops, Marina & Nissi beach. Overall a great holiday, highly recommended

We arrived with some trepidation having read some of the reviews on here. However, we found that the rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels provided. The air conditioning was efficient. Yes, the rooms could be updated but overall they were totally adequate. The pool area was great with lots of sunbeds and crystal clear water. The food was plentiful with lots of choice each day. Dora worked hard to get people to join in, big shout out for her. The restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. As we wait for our coach for the airport I can honestly say we had a fabulous holiday and are sad to be going home.

Hi stayed here beg June 2025 . Staff are friendly and helpful . Pool excellent large pool area and pool for children lots of sun beds at all times of the day. I wouldn’t give it a 4 star more like a 3 star slightly dated but clean sheets and towels daily. Went half board the food was fine what you expect really had no issues . Bus stop right outside or you could Walk 15 mins down the road and there is lots of bars and restaurants. You are slightly Out of the way to go napa if you walked it but 2€ and you be there in less than 15 mins . Overall I would stay here again

We had an amazing time at Tsokkos! We went as a family with our 3.5 year old daughter for the first week of June. It was a perfect time for us - no scrabbling for sunbeds (there are heaps, anyway), and no big queues at dinner time etc. The entertainment was absolutely fine - my little girl loved the mini disco which runs 8:30pm - 9pm, and the rest of the entertainment runs until about 10:30 / 11 or so. The pools are immaculate, and the children's pool is ideal for little ones to splash around in while you watch on. The all inclusive element for drinks is great, the cocktails and pours generous. The only gripe I have about AI is that the 'snacks / ice cream' are only available 11-12 and 15-17:00 which was hard to explain to my daughter who wanted an ice cream outside of these times on some days. Food was really great and there was something for everyone, I especially liked the fresh salads. There was always enough and it felt really authentic and made with care, rather than just bulk stuff. We had a one-bed apartment which was also fine - not the most amazing room and a bit tired like others have said, but comfortable with everything we needed and we had absolutely no problems. We were there to wash and sleep, so don't overthink it!! Waterworld is a 20 minute or so walk down the road, you can get a 10 Euro cab into the centre of Ayia Napa (A 5 min journey, just call a Bolt) and the lovely Landas beach is literally across the road. I wouldn't say this place is in "the middle of nowhere" like others have said, but sure - it's not on a strip. It was perfect for us as we could get around if we wanted to, but as a family with a young child, it was brilliant. We are considering returning to Tsokkos for our holiday next year as we had such a lovely time. Thanks for having us!

Staff are lovely (jim is a legend) hotel grounds and rooms are clean, swimming pool great not busy hotel we found it very quiet for half term, food very poor selection, beds are most uncomfortable beds ever slept in and rooms are very outdated

isecond time in Cyprus I do not get why people complain this is a really good place clean and well situated not far from both Nissi and Landa Beaches staff is doing exceptional work everyone is kind here and helpful reception dining staff aleays there to help good cleaning service as well i truly recommend have not found any negatives thank you for great stay
