Copper Beech Inn

Nothing. No heat or thermostat in room. It was located in another room where we had no access and was off.

Freezing temperatures and cold. When we complained that there was no heat in the room and it was not clean the next morning nothing had been done when we got back to the hotel in the evening. The room was also not cleaned. There was a gas fire but it had to be turned off at night and when we left the room. There was no other heat source as the thermostat was in another room with no access and turned off. We complained to the management who were unpleasant and rude. They tried to pretend the heat was on trying to gaslight us. It turned out it was even off in the other room where the termostat was located. Perversely they offered us that room. They offered us another room which was small and substandard without the facilities we asked for. We left the hotel early and would never return.

Bed was comfortable & room was spacious.

This place was beautiful! Loved our room. Nice breakfast. Staff is very nice. Room always cleaned nice! Close to many attractions and shopping. Will go back!!!!

Our room in a new building was quite nice. The included breakfast was very good.

The main building is “tired”. It needs a lot of maintenance. The grounds and landscaping were terrible. Absolutely not worth the rather high prices

Bella struttura appena fuori Essex circondata dal verde. Colazione buona (con menù, no buffet). Personale attento.

Breakfast was delicious.
