El calidez del personal. En todas las áreas el personal fue muy atento, servicial y siempre con la mejor actitud. La boutique esta excelente.

Algunos platillos de la carta tenían una calidad cuestionable. El SPA está cerrado y justo íbamos con la idea de pasar un dia en el SPA. Los baños del área de la alberca techada estan en pésimas condiciones, oxidados, mal olor, mamparas podridas.
