No sirve nada de las actividades que mencionan, barco cerrado, cancha fut inservible, solo hay 1 gokart, área de juego niños y jungla abandonados por completo

No cuenta con aire acondicionado, solo ventilador. Dejamos la ventana de la terraza entreabierta toda la noche para que entrara fresquito

"Habitaciones sin AC y restaurante con muy poco personal"

Una habitación no tenía aire acondicionado lo reportamos y no nos cambiaron por qué señalan que no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire ... El restaurante me senté a cenar y no me atendieron en 15 minutos y mejor sali del hotel a buscar comida ... Un mes antes había estado ahí y todo fue perfecto ... Está vez dejo mucho que desear por el restaurante y el aire acondicionado

"Es lugar bonito y tranquilo , pero hay muchos detalles por mejorar y los precios son excesivos para lo que ofrecen"

La alberca le falta limpieza, son demasiados son demasiado caros, no servían los despachadores de shampoo, había abejas en la habitación
