Tropikist Beach Hotel & Resort

The rooms needs upgrades very limited food option for an all inclusive hotel.

Everything was perfect

Just what was needed for a short revival staycation.

The wifi connection was not the best at some of the rooms

I would have liked more local food.

My husband, Clint & I, just celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary at Tropikist which is something we do every year for the past few years. We had an amazing time yet again. The staff are friendly and there are also some familiar faces who make our stay so enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the property is well maintained, and the food is excellent. Special thanks to Kennis (boss bartender), Nicole and Malaika who went out of their way to make our stay very special.

The staff and facilities was wonderful

Overall, the Property and surrounding area the is well kept, the restaurant, food and staff was excellent. I would have give 5 stars but we had problem getting the shower working, the bathroom sink is falling apart and soap scum on faucet. also, the TV was stuck on a music channel. I tried calling the front desk about 5 times but no one was picking up. for the price I paid I was expecting my room to be in better condition

Rooms are old and rusty, UPDATE!!!!

The check in process online with Expedia was misleading it would not allow you to add the appropriate amount of people to the rooms so there was $700 worth of extra fees. The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. The dinner food was terrible the chicken was burnt and did not taste good. The all inclusive is not worth it, since the check in and out time did not allow you to use the lunch service. I would recommend this hotel the staff was great and the property but make sure you book accordingly.
