Tropikist Beach Hotel & Resort

We had our anniversary/birthday weekend from the 29th May to 3rd July 2025. Excellent Customer Service from room, ambience and food. Would revisit and recommend.

The breakfast was good and easy access. the dinner was good and entertainment was worth it. The internet was poor and unable to use my work laptop.

Third time staying at this hotel and each time I have not left disappointed. The way the staff make you comfortable and accommodate for your needs is second to none. I generally do not like to be pestered whilst on holiday and generally feel uncomfortable when staff go over and and above but feel they struck the perfect balance as conversations where genuine and was able to establish a beautiful connection with staff which made my stay feel like I was with family. When I speak and tell family and friends why my stay was so good, I inform that you may find hotels with what could be considered more glamorous decor but you will struggle to find better customer service and in regards to the food, if you are not from a Caribbean background, the food is 100% on point making you want to go back up for more and more. Food is seasoned and cooked to perfection, I generally do not do all inclusive as I generally like to eat at local establishments to gather a more authentic feel of my trip but all I can say is I am glad I did on this occasion. All I can say is well done and god willing, you will se me again very soon 😊❤️

I’ve just got back home from a 14 nights stay at Tropikist. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality at all. ALL staff were absolutely amazing. From the reception team, the restaurant staff and the cleaners. The grounds are immaculately kept and my room was always clean and tidy. The staff made me feel like family, always happy to help, stop for a chat and just generally overall very friendly. I will definitely recommend staying here, and will 100% be going back in the future. I must not forget the bar staff who always remembered how I liked my drinks. As for the food, breakfast and dinner were the highlight of our days. They were both delicious 😋 with spectacular views whilst you are eating. Miss Pinky and Nicole should be proud of how they both run things. Thank you so much. You are truly appreciated for all your hard work keeping all the guests happy. Well done 👏🏽👏🏽 💖

Beautiful resort. Ideal location 5 mins from the airport. Staff are absolutely amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful views, with room service everyday. The pool/bar area are spotless. Drinks are freshly made to order. The food was lovely a mix of traditional Tobagan and wraps and burgers etc., It was totally safe to walk into the town and try some of the street food. We have already booked to return next year. 10/10

My name is Jemmott, and I have had the pleasure of celebrating my wedding anniversary with my wife Jennifer at Tropikist Beach Resort for the past 4 years now and we've been married for 42 years. It has now become a routine that we book every December and have even invited close friends to celebrate with us at the resort. We feel welcomed every time we visit, the staff is friendly and approachable. Over the years, we have become familiar with them, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We enjoy getting our couples massage down at the beach and the wide variety of food they have to offer. I would like to recommend anyone visiting the lovely Island of Tobago to visit Tropikist Beach Resort, and if you happen to book early in December like we usually do, don't be shy to say hi 🙂👋🏼

The hotel is strategically poised a few minutes walk from the airport terminal. Check-in was a breeze. I choose to stay here with my family because of the varied packages offered. We choose breakfast and dinner as we knew we'd be out and about during the days. The food was awesome. Two nights had live performances and even at breakfast we were serenaded by steelpan. There are two awesome pools, a jacuzzi and lots of activities in and around or you can venture further. Just ask. Very courteous staff. Last time I visited was more than 20 years ago. The sea view from the bedroom was awesome. Give them a try!

I absolutely love this place! And their staff. I will definitely be taking a trip to Tobago soon and I am definitely looking forward to being back there again. Thanks guys for all your support and hospitality.

On arrival everything was ok, dinner was good the environment was felt great. The drinks at the bar were horrible very cheap and gave me an upset stomach every time I drank from there, which is a shame because I paid for all inclusive. I had to drink the alcohol I bought in duty free and go out of the hotel to buy alcohol from the grocery store when that was finished. As the days go by the worst it got, customers service was poor from management and staff, the food was not grate and served in tiny portions and when you ask for more they give you a 1/2 of spoon of what ever you asked for which makes you feel uncomfortable like am begging. So we spent most of the holiday in the local areas out of the hotel, which also cost a lot but it was a better environment. Won’t advise the hotel tour services as it’s just a con to rip off tourists customers, if you go out of the hotel there local independent tour companies and guides that are a lot cheaper, safe and friendly compared to the hotel’s recommendation. But I must say that it was not all bad, the restaurant manager and the dinner staff were brilliant and did everything possible for us to enjoy our dinners. It is a nice place but lacking in quality and service in the rest of areas that makes it difficult to enjoy our stay.

Property has amazing views and great ambiance, good breakfast, and friendly staff.
