Booking.com messed up our reservation by putting the booking - as Robert Caldwell for Mr Paul Hyde’s. We have no idea who that person is.?? After calling booking.command they gave us the above info, the front desk were able to find the reservation under Paul Hyde. We spent an hour and a half with them trying to find the resveration

The housing buildings and the rooms were a bit run down. And the beds were only doubles not queen as listed.

Beautiful, very well maintained grounds. Great, helpful staff. A bit dated but nice rooms. Some with full kitchens. Terrible food. Don't waste your money on AI option.

Pool and staff were great. But VERY FAR from the main village with all the good cheap food. This hotel charges expensive prices, they automatically charge a tip and don’t tell you, all in American dollars, for crappy food. Must have a car, so you can dine in village. All restaurants there are nicely priced in Belize dollars, tip on your own, and good. Beds and bedding old and rooms are rundown, and showers need to be updated. Only positive, like I said, the pool is awesome and the staff was so sweet and friendly.

Everything at the hotel was excellent besides the room refrigerator, where the freezer or fridge was not cooling enough to store food safely.

The pool was the highlight of the trip. The landscape was beautiful with lots of iguana running around free.

The room and bathroom were small. The decorated bed head was outdated and chipping off on the pillows. The chairs on the veranda were not comforted and more decorative. The view from our room was horrible (bush and a outdated tennis court). There was a live roach in the room. Our reservation was for 4 persons, but when we got to the room it was prepared for only 2 persons. I had had to call for extra towel, coffee cup and pillow!

The staff service was excellent, loved the genuine friendliness. Food was great!

It’s a beautiful property and our stay was wonderful however our room had broken blinds, bad tv connection, no streaming services (we had a child with us) and the only option for our room type was facing a run down building and tennis court. The outside of the building needs some work and our balcony wasn’t very clean as there was hand marks and make up all over the door. Still enjoyed the stay and would consider returning.
