Loved this hotel and the staff and the incredible pool. The only thing we missed was a hot tub :)

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is large and clean. The staff is super friendly and respectful. The building i stayed in was beautiful on the inside but could use a little touch up paint on the outside.

Always stay here. Staff greets me & are eager to resolve any problems.

My AC didn't work to capacity. TV was broken but replaced, twice. No phone in room, had to ask for one. Parking lot & walkways were flooded. Had to wade to my car. Last day ceiling was leaking.

Poorly kept — everything and everywhere was dirty Tv wasn’t working Blinds in room was broken hence light was shinning in the room all night The glass Bottle of water — unacceptable the cover was filled with mold
