excellent hotel, brilliant staff. more words to fill up space

I have booked a deluxe double room it was giving but it was in conjunction with another room poor quality door between the rooms so the sound is coming out from the other room like you’re sitting together I have asked to change the room the room was changed to a single room which is much cheaper . So basically if you don’t like your room you get downgraded in this hotel and they didn’t feel sorry for It

Very accommodating pleasant and friendly staff. Had a great time. Clean rooms and lovely sauna and jucuzzi... just what I needed.

The experience is very good. And the most important thing for me is the great stuff.

A lovely hotel with courteous, friendly and helpful staff! The Sunday breakfast was scrumptious with nice touches like carrot-ginger juice and honeycombs that added to the experience. Centrally located within a walking distance to many sights and cultural institutions. A place I happily called home during my 4 day visit to Kiev!

The Opera Hotel is on a quiet street where you can relax in luxurious comfort, without any pretension. The beds, linens, and bathroom amenities are excellent and you feel pampered, but your privacy is respected as well.

An amazing hotel that was very clean, the staff was friendly and very professional. Close walking distance to shops and dining. Our room was incredible with the best amenities. We'd definitely go back.

Size of the room and lokation of bathroom was not to the expectation and to the price range .

I have stayed here now three times and rate this as one of the nicer hotels I stay international when taking into consideration,country, city, cost . Hotel well presented, superior room well appointed and great value,staff very friendly and polite.
