Service was excellent: very prompt and attentive. Breakfast buffet was way above average in quality and included personalized portions without extra charge; room (superior level) was very comfortable.

Nice, friendly service. Everything is packed in a small space, though. For instance, there is a sauna and it is shared. The rooms are fairly small and everything feels busily packed with furniture. It's also slightly off of the main street, perhaps a five to ten minutes walk to the opera.

Good location, peaceful area. The premium room that I had chosen was quite spacious. Had an issue when arriving with my bath/shower having very rusty yellowish (smelly)water for the first two days. Still not fully cleansed by the end of the trip. But overall would definitely stay again.

From desk to smoking bar to Anastasia’s triple shot Americanos every day to my room attendant everyone did everything they could to make me feel the Love.....and they all succeeded! Thanks for making me part of the family guys!

Fabulous hotel with great service. Shame they wanted so much for breakfast. Completely overpriced, particularly for Kyiv.
