"Grand design with great service. "

Staff are helpful. Easy walk to the Opera house and the edge of the city centre. Quiet neighbourhood with leafy cobbled street. The restaurant and spa are both excellent. Front of house service is very good. The exchange desk is run by a bank and offers very good rates (not hotel rates) and is fast and efficient. Definitely the easiest way to change money.

"It's all about the service"

Excellent location , excellent staff and service! Good quality toiletries in bathroom. Couldn't find a radio/music channel on TV system. I didn't like the bar where smoking was permitted , but the lounge area outside the bar was smoke free and very comfortable .

I really enjoyed the hotel, the stuff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Excellent service I will definitely come back in my next visit to Kiev.
