"Great stay. It’s a keeper"

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. There was small bar In the lobby and you could order Food and eat in or take Out for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were all very professional and accommodating It’s pet friendly and that is a requirement for us. Will definitely stay again

"Don’t expect Hilton quality"

There was no hot water. TV channel weren’t working either. Kept saying no signal found. The heat/air unit would never shut off. I have stayed at this hotel before and it has gone down hill dramatically. I would not stay here if you are expecting Hilton quality.

"Disappointing facilities"

Location near USM campus

Arrived after an 8 hour drive expecting to relax in a jet tub. Took 3 attempts to find a room after twice carrying luggage up and down. Got in the room only to realize the tub was non functioning and the toilet in the half bath wouldn’t flush. Only reason we chose the hotel was location and the tub! At that point too tired to mess with changing rooms again so just crashed out.

"I wish I would've not done it!!"

I like that the AC worked and we got some sleep

Every hotel usually does free breakfast included with stay but you all wanted us to pay $9 for a bowl of cereal and an apple? And then you'll have an indoor pool and hot tub but I can hardly call it a hot tub it was colder than the pool and neither one of them were heated even a little bit but on the site it said it was supposed to be as soon as I got my room I'm 5 year old open the door to a cabinet and it just fell off and landed on him... Idk could have been better pay $183 But didn't get the pool didn't get the hot tub didn't get the breakfast without all the features it was basically like saying at an down place..
