Upon checking out, the housekeeping person accused myself and my wife of smoking in the room. Total LIE. Neither of us smoke. Don’t know the scam they are trying to pull, but legal actions will be taken. Expedia, Hilton in Hattiesburg Miss is not a REPUTABLE COMPANY. ZERO STARS FOR THEM.

For a Hilton, and having stayed at Hilton properties all over the World, this was by far the worst experience by far. I would have asked for a full refund if I had paid directly to Hilton. The bed had no linen. Half of the lights did not work. The automatic curtain system was broke. The shower curtain was ripped and twisted. No thanks, I wasted my money at this hotel. I will NEVER stay there again. I did advise the manager.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay. The hotel room has a laminate floor. The photo of my husbands white socks was after he just walked across the room a couple times in getting ready for bed. In bare feet, the entire floor felt slightly slimy . We put our shoes back on for the rest of our overnight stay. The bottom of the cloth bathmat on the bathroom floor became dark gray when used. As a Hilton Diamond member I have stayed at many hotels over many years and I have never experienced such a filthy laminate floor. I requested to talk to the manager twice on 9/24. He was busy both times and asked the front desk to take a message. When I showed the woman at the front desk my husbands socks, she immediately took out her phone to take a photo to show the manager. The dead roach was in the closet. I left the dirty bath mat in a bag at the front desk. The front desk staff apologized repeatedly and assured me that the manager will contact me. I have not heard from the hotel. DO NOT STAY at the DIRTY hotel.

Phone in room did not work! Went to front desk, no attendant available. Used the elevator phone to call attendant still none. Walked into slippery floor as if baby oil had been spilt, fire alarm went off at 1230am.... again no working phone, called the front desk to ask if everything was ok from my cell phone, attendant did answer and said it was an issue with their system. In the morning no hot water. Wouldnt reccomend to anyone.

Upon arrival we found the parking area well lighted and safe, the area at the entrance was dirty and in need of pressure washing, the lobby and 1st floor areas nice, clean and updated. Our room had a weird smell, cool air, and the beds appeared clean and comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected with just the bare minimum towels & wash cloths, water pressure was terrible, and towel holder was pulled out of the wall. Overall not the worst but, I wouldn’t stay again.

When I booked my stay I opted to pay an extra $25 for breakfast. When I got there they told me they didn’t see that and if I wanted breakfast I would have to pay. I told them I opted for the option and again she said she didn’t see it in her system. So I paid extra for something I didn’t get. I tried looking for a receipt that showed I paid that get but couldn’t find anything.

Great place to stay.
