Hilton Garden Inn Hattiesburg

The staff is alway fun and interesting. That is what I admire about the young man, Jason I met at breakfast the morning of my last stay on the 20th. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. One of my previous stays with you all I was very impressed with Mary at the front desk, her warmth and kindness was noteworthy and Ashly the housekeeper was so sweet and kind. She helped me with my luggage. I didn't think people still did that. Whoever does the staffing at your hotel deserves a metal, they are hiring and training what the hospitality industry is really all about. A crew like yours doesn't just happen. The Hilton Garden Inn Hattiesburg makes me want to travel more, because I know they care.

Great hotel !! Love the staff Recently we travel to Hattiesburg and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn … let me start with the rooms !! They had renovated the hotel and it looks amazing. The staff was the best as they were friendly and kind to us. Enjoyed the indoor pool. We will be back soon

We were there for the weekend and really was impressed with this hotel. We have travel with Hilton for a long time and never had such friendly staff. Seems like everyone cares!! The breakfast buffet was ok but what it make it special was the staff. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Housekeeping was great. Just every other day. We would have love daily service. Thanks to the front desk that helps us finding places around town. Overall a great stay.

Amazing stay !! We love the hotel… new rooms and friendly staff. The front desk was lovely and helpful. Love the pool. It was crowded with a group but still was nice. The breakfast was great for the price !! Definitely will visit again.

Great experience from check in to check out. Every detail was perfection. The hotel was recently renovated. The breakfast each day was delicious. And I was happy to take advantage of the great pool and jacuzzi after a long day of meetings!

Love the location and the new rooms! The hotel looks spectacular. one of the best gem in town. Service was supeb!! Ms. Mary, Randall and Sami were they key for my stay. Clean rooms and great breakfast.

Elevators were out of order. The hotel was overbooked. There were people running around everywhere. Hotel was way understaffed, to deal with the amount of people staying in that hotel. There were 6 to 8 people staying in rooms all around us. Hanging out in the hallway, spilling food everywhere. Because the elevators were out of order, everyone had to take the stairs. Children were playing in the stairs and there was food everywhere. 30+ people in the pool running all over the place leaving water on every surface. This was a situation where the staff could not succeed because the hotel was way overbooked. There should’ve been 10 more people working there due to the volume of guests running all over the hotel.
